Philosophy

How I Coach

Three principles that shape every drill, every practice, every conversation.

Defensive Development

I develop defenders regardless of body type. I want to work with defensemen—that's where I'm most valuable. I create original drill material.

Stick Work in Everything

Never take stick work out of a drill. There's always a ground ball, a finish, something that completes the play. Drills aren't isolated reps—they simulate real game scenarios. Gamify everything.

Player Ownership

It's their team. Build the structure, set the standard, then let them own it. Accountability and autonomy aren't opposites—they reinforce each other.

Beyond the Sideline

LaxPulse

A recruiting platform I designed and built from scratch.

LaxPulse maps 1,000+ collegiate lacrosse programs—DI through MCLA. I saw a gap in how families navigate the recruiting landscape, so I built a tool to fill it. This site is built on the same platform.
